I dunno, but the trigger for mine is jacked up. I was slowing down for a traffic light, and it started recording a critical event. I was doing 35 in a 55, nd started slowing smoothly as soon as it turned yellow.
I only have an external camera, which also serves as the camera for lane departure warning.

 

I'd take Prime over CRE anyday!~ Or you can go fast like @tucker says Carolina Cargo rolls past, LoL!~

 

There is a file with your name on it. Tucked under the desk of your Masters.

That file does one thing and one thing only, accumulates nasty things, bad things, terrible comments from yourself and service failures etc. Anything that is negative you have done, no matter how small.

I once had a dispatcher report me for pulling into our local truckstop to get breakfast two hours prior to my expected departure just because there was a unwritten rule that no truck in the company is supposed to be stopping there to get a meal. They were expected to be rolling straight on to delivery or pickup. Even though I was more than 2 hours early for Baltimore, It was inserted into that file folder under my name for future ternimation action.

I remember another where I defended myself against Dispatch accusations of service failures, it was slanted and then written in such a way that when it comes time to ternimate me they can pull that plus all the other bad things and say here, this, this, that and what's that? Explain yourself.

This was in the days long before computers and satellite.

Consider yourself watched and closely monitored. If you are a good boy and behave, hopefully no one will write a few sentences into that folder with your name on it.

 

I got a service failure for my language on the Quallcom, I told her to mail a copy to my PO Box and I'd frame it and hang it by my deer head. She said it was electronic and nothing to mail out,
I told her to give me a hundred service failures then as they don't mean anything,
DriveCams suck
