I have done OTR for 3 1/2 years now... And I absolutely hate it. I have been Interested in doing LTL work since I found out how hard it is to buy your own truck. I have never talked to a driver personally but always researched this company. I would love to be apart of it. However, I have had a number of jobs. I read on another Estes thread in here that they hire felons. What about work history? Do they have a policy against or is it harder to get hired if you have a seat jumpers work history?

How do you pronounce this?

That is how R+L operates. Your seniority also does carry over if you switch boards, or even transfer to another terminal.Mike2633 Thanks this.

I'm guessing Air lick-WEED. Best pronounced with a Peter Sellers fake French accent.Mike2633 and skinnytrucker Thank this.

I always heard AIR LICK EED
