    Look at the rear right corner of the can. You can clearly see that it's sitting on top of a lock.

    if you say so idk if so I wouldn't want to turn them, I don't see a way to do it without putting my hand in harms way unless they turn on the bottom. The ones I seeing were on the side like the ones you linked.

    There's a lever underneath the trailer they're perfectly safe.

    That is a case of epic fail. It doesn't take a physics degree to know that when all securement pulls in the same direction, it doesn't hold diddly squat.

    And johndeere4020 pointed out something I missed...there's only one binder on that side. He's got one continuous chain for both ends of the machine!
