#### fire. Im an OO. Your doing far better to start then i am currently. I got my truck then ended up purchasing flat bed and put standards on it. I know 2 diffrenet men who load me with their logs at 3$ a mile. Now ihad my truck a long time. Nothin to haul it set. Got somthing to haul and then worked on my truck to use it. Then got agead enuf to get trailer. Then my engine broke crankshaft 6 weeks later i rebilt it. Besides thatid be doing real good. Bcuz Farm Tag.

 

Looks like a good pick to me. I have an 06 Columbia with a cat. If thy have local cat shop you might take and have them do an inspection on the motor and get a dyno if you can. Good luck.

 

But 1st step is getting a haul!! Then truck n all the w.e. legal ########.

 

U might not do well with that dyno. Dyno blows up abunch of engines.

 

I bought my truck from Tampa Truck Center. They did DOT inspection in house but never tightened the lug nuts on the steers...told me they did a pm that was a lie as well. Almost lost a steer tire going down the road. Got towed... Truck needed new hubs. Had them pay entire bill including tow. I worked them $6 grand for the truck just watch out for them. On good news I started off with way less capital than you and I've been out here for 2 years. "Hustle" is not a word I use to describe my lazy work ethics either so you're gonna be good.

 

20k cash in hand i wont buy that truck,it shouldn't be worth more than 15k-18k at an auction.check taylor and martins auctioneers and see what they got,invest some time looking for the right truck.check landstar website
