It makes no difference whatsoever if he's biased toward his father. The only relevant info is that the tow driver said there was a mechanical failure and that info was used successfully in court in defense of his father.

Yes. You're obsessing over irrelevant details. The OP wants to know if he could find a job after getting fired for a rollover caused by mechanical failure.

 

Most companies would I guess. But he says he has the accident report that cites mechanical failure as the cause. If I was the company I would think twice before firing him. Should be interesting. Would still like to know what broke.
