Keep in mind that even if you have an assigned truck (unless you're a 3 Million Miler), chances are good that someone else will be driving "your" truck on your days off.

The key word is "assigned", the truck is owned by Walmart and they will use it if they need it while you're off.

?Anyone who drives for a company it's assigned not owned. Still your truck to setup as you please. Yes it can be used if your off no big deal mine goes weeks sometimes with no one using it .

I'm new here, but Wow, I found this thread about a week ago, and I've read the first 100 pages, and the most recent 10 pages. So much good information. Thank you to everyone who has contributed. I applied for the Seymour, IN DC a little over a month ago. I have my first phone interview in the morning. Not sure what to expect. I've been doing some general reading about interview tips online, so hopefully it helps. I'm super nervous, but I suppose that's natural. Either way, thanks to all of you who have contributed.

 

4k per pay period, 2k gross per week. Not hard to do if you don't hang out in break rooms or truck stops.
