Saw an advertisement that Gibson's is looking for crude haulers. I'm considering a move to Louisiana, and they have opportunities there. They advertise 'competitive pay', but I'd like to hear from someone who actually works for them about what their pay looks like.
Thanks!

I know a friend who works out of the caspar wyomming field and he said it was a really good company. Its a canadian company and they have really good equipment unless your hauling water then you get the ####ty truck. its up and down depending on your terminal and pay use to be base on number of load but now i think its hourly. one thing tho is don't do o/o or lease you have no control of anything and have a back up plan also checkout Tesoro good luck

No sir, I was just laid off Friday.
They never got my payroll correct the whole time i worked there, run brotherrabbiporkchop and windsmith Thank this. -
Lol, Ive been with them for over three years. I'm not sure if im hard headed or stupid. They were cutting the extra miles they paid on loads when the oil prices were the highest, Now I could make more money hauling grain.
My best advise is to stay away from the oil field in general, with all the resposnsibility of hauling hazmat, its not worth the pay!windsmith Thanks this.
