Arrived at a SAMs Club 90 minutes early tonight...nope. Can't check in until 10pm.
So I checked in, now I'm in a door, but guy says it will be after midnight before he can start on me.

I do not normally get "political" but, this bothers me.
The rapist is released from jail, barely a slap on the wrist. It's because of wealth and connections.

What we should be directing 100% of our rage at, is that a guy basically got away with rape.
The justice system failed. What if that had been one of our little girls that I see in pictures? What would you do? Picture that for a minute, your child in this monster's hands.
Sure, you and I can talk big and say "I'd kill him" but that won't happen because our life would be ended, either by being shot or by jail time, and our little girls would now have faced two tragedies. So we'd have to go through a court process where we with a moderate income and no connections is up against a guy with money and connections. Chances are, as things stand now, we would be watching the guy that destroyed a child's life walk away with barely a slap on the wrist. And there isn't a #### thing any of us could do about it.
ALL of our rage should be focused on THAT atrocity!
Not some guy not standing during a sporting event. He's nothing to us. But the rapist getting away with it directly affects Our little girls futures.
What would you do if that scumbag got away with rape while the rest of the country #####es about a football player?!

THAT is the thing here. And THAT is what we should be focused on correcting in this society.
