Drive line spline grease

    There is no zerk for grease. Do I have to to unscrew plug on the drive line and grease ?

    With it not having a zerk being a Volvo it's possible it's something I haven't run into. I hate to give bad advise, so I'm gonna say let's wait on the more informed on it.

    that's one of the drivelines that doesn't need to be greased if you do remove the cap and install a grease zurk you wll just extend the life of the slider a little bit but they do pretty well even without grease

    If its got a big rubber/plastic accordian looking boot around the middle of the shaft then its a sealed unit. As long as there is no play in the splines and the boot isn't torn it should be ok.
