    Kansas and Oklahoma have a reciprocal agreement and have for the last few years. Either transponder works in both states. The blue Prepass doesn't but you can also cruise through the transponder lane and they will bill the registered owner of the truck.

    Yes, Prepass is a toll transponder where EZpass is accepted.

    I believe Kansas is one of those that has a gate on their EZPass lanes...it's silly. If not KS then it's another state that is escaping my mind.
