    If you go onto a runway you will need to take rocks out of tires. They can be sucked up into engine.

    Military air fields have been the only ones I've seen so far to demand that.

    Haven't been on a runway at a commercial airport though. I'm sure they do too.

    I do it because driving a daycab they tend to shoot to the back window and shatter it. I didnt even think of it hitting other cars. Now i will do it religiously. Lol
