    No I DO NOT. But again that was a one time thing where things got out of hand between a driver and NIGHT dispatch, I'm sure if that was his regular day dispatch things wouldn't have gone that far. So if you are going to sit there and a judge a company by an incident like that then go for it.

    K&B is a forced dispatch company just like many carriers out there, and they tell you that upfront at the orientation. You cannot turn down load if you have the legal hours to drive, although they might excuse you if you reason with your dispatch like a civilized human being. I have talked to many drivers who have been here longer than me and are very happy.

    Its impossible to reason with those dispatchers.I understand them being forced dispatch but if a driver suddenly became sick or tired they need to leave it at that and find a driver to come get the load.They need to quit pestering drivers while on their ten and for God sakes do not send a dam driver to wake them up,that's just wrong.Who cares if the load info has changed,out it on the qualcomm and the driver will see it when he gets up.Is kb self insured now?

    If driver is tired and not feeling well, they'll most likely take the load off him, but that shouldn't turn into a daily thing. Companies can take enough, if any company sees a driver that is constantly turning down loads and always tired, then you know what follows after that. From my own experience, I've had more than one load taken off me after communicating with my dispatch (Joel, the best dispatch).

    I'm not talking about repeatedly turning down loads,those drivers need to find another line of work..I spoke with a guy at the yard while he was cleaning his trk out.He quit because dispatch refused to get his trk fixed until after he made a delivery in St Louis,he had to end up getting it fixed anyway and someone came after the load.Trk was barely staying running.Don't know exactly what was wrong with it.This thread should make for some interesting read for Mike Rat and Brock but knowing those two they'll just laugh.
