That's not a stretch of old US 66, is it?jander Thanks this.
-
Is this US 222?

I'm not sure what that the first road in question is, Mack. I happened to pull off of I-17 somewhere between Phoenix and Flagstaff. So, it is close to I-40. I hadn't thought of it being old 66 before. It had a cement barricade blocking me off from venturing further on.
The second picture is 222 somewhere in the morning fog north of Reading.
