We are in NE St. Louis taking a 34. Then to do a 2 stop in the morning in NW and SW St. Louis.
Got a strange message when we got back from dinner. Another load. WTH? Abilene doesn't pre-plan!!!
2nd stop is at 7:30am. I have to be in Brownsville, WI by 1pm to pick up cheese to Groveport by 12:11am Wednesday.

Don't they know that my warp drive only works in Texas? I couldn't get back to the dealer to have it fixed before the warranty went out.
But, I accepted it, and am gonna run it unless they take me off of it. #### the clocks!!!!!! -
You're not too far from me. I am at the Mr Fuel in Floristell. Exit 203 off of I-70. I saw an Abilene earlier. It was #1635.

Abilene started me in stage 2. Yeah, I've just been reading the policy binder that was given to me.
For sure! I old trainer told me stuff that was the complete opposite than what is in the policy binder.

Made it back from groveport and redtagged my reefer for an airleak that developed. Today it had been moved so hopefully they are fixing it, but ya never know. Got a load from sandston to pa overnight tonight and sounds like im lucky to do that. No emptys to be found so already told can bobtail over so thats the plan. Replaced a kitchen faucet today at the house.

Safe miles to all!!mitrucker Thanks this. -
Thats what i would do and have done in the past. Just do your losd acceptance and put that you will be late and why.
I have delivered to groveport a day late and it was accepted without issue. Its the franchisees that you have to be most careful with as they often get extra staff in or open odd hours to take delivery.KD5AXG Thanks this. -
There is alot of stuff in that binder that my first trainer had never heard of.
Even on this forum you will have disagreements on what the exact policy is for certain things. It changes over time and people arent always updated on the changes.
The main thing for you to concentrate on now is passing the tests. Ask your trainer to work on that with you...even more than backing etc as you wont be doing any skills tests.ChrisL Thanks this. -
Now you're getting the hang of it!
It's so slow for the holiday, I got an extra day off. Not complaining at all. Wasn't ready to come out today anyway.MidWest_MacDaddy, 460/580, Redtwin and 1 other person Thank this.
