Any recommendation for lawyers that deal with traffic tickets in Winnie, TX?.
I did the usual google search, but having never dealt with lawyers (other than closing on a house) i dont know what i am looking for or how to choose one.

Interstate truckers or roadlaw. It's who most of us use.
Redtwin Thanks this. -
Thanks, i read elsewhere on here that it was recommended to find a local lawyer familar with judges etc.
I will check the two you mentioned as a lawyer familiar with cdl issues would be beneficial. -
I can't even find Winnie tx on a map

Go figure
Been through there a zillion times
I like to sleep at the 797 -
Ive never actually been there but that is where the court is located.
Im leaning towards interstate truckers based on nothing more than their website layout. -
I had to use interstate on my last ticket due to roadlaw not wanting to help me. Guess they don't work every court in the country.
Redtwin Thanks this. -
Interstate say that they also handle the dataq process to remove psp points if case is dismissed. The points are what I am most concerned about anyway so I will give interstate a call when I find out more about the ticket.
I don't even know how much it is yet. -
Did you get a ticket or was there an inspection and the ticket????
If you didn't get an inspection. There's no dataq to worry about. Only your MVR needs to be concerned.TequilaSunrise Thanks this.
