Any good mechanic can build you a performance engine, most parts will come from the same place, a bigger turbo, exaust manifold and if you want microblue coating there is only one place to buy it.
The most important part is programing, you need a true expert, not just someone that has some files to dump in your ecm.You can ups your ecm and have it programmed while your engine is being built, the wrong programmer can ruin your new engine.
