did you spend time off duty before your 8? if so that could be a problem.

one more comment. lets say you've logged a pretrip then drove 1 hr 50 minutes to shipper and have been in the sleeper since, you would gain the full remainder of your 14 hr shift once th 8 is complete. if you spent time on off duty or less then 2 hrs off or in sleeper I would deduct that time from your 14

    jethro712 Thanks this.

I think you'll only have 4h35m left when you get out of sleeper, then you get the other 9h25 after you've completed a 2 hour break.

    BostonTanker and jethro712 Thank this.

You will get back the remainder of your 14 that was not used between your last break of at least 2 hrs and the 8 in the Sleeper berth.

Drive time works the same. When was the last break of at least 2 hrs?

    jethro712 Thanks this.
