Not to necessarily disagree, but my company's safety department loves to send hate mail to drivers for forgetting to check one box on a log. That's their primary mission in life.
That said, I've never heard a peep out of them for not writing "x"'number of minutes next to a flag.

They even checked the thickness of my chains I have on this machine im hauling .
But must be doing something right if I came out with clean level 1 ...it was a tag team deal one guy on my truck and one guy on my paperwork ...the paperwork guy said he went through my logs with a fine tooth comb and said they look great. -

So what happens if you had loaded at a different time than shown in your logs. They write you a ticket? What then? They going to fly a witness from the shipper half way across the country to testify to a log book falsification?

Probably not, but they sure could put him OOS for 10 if they saw fit. And that would suck.
