I am sure beer in the truck was against company policy. You are not getting your job back from the same people.

You need to look up what is on your CSA, DAC and MVR in order to fill out future applications appropriately and hope no body calls KLLM or they remember what happened.

I think your lawyer needs to call kllm and remind them all charges were dropped and that it's better for both parties to shut up about it.
Maybe he/she can convince them to say you were let go for breaking company policy.

You were found "not guilty" which is different than "innocent."
"Not guilty" means they're pretty sure you did it, but just don't have enough evidence to convict.
Do some online apps. then follow with a phone call. Ignore the hiring criteria on websites; many companies are bending their own rules these days to get drivers.
    Big-M Transportation
    Navajo Express
    McCurdy M.W. & Co. - Houston,TX
    May Trucking Company
    PI&I Motor Express - Masury,OH
    Carolina Logistics
    TransAm
    USA Truck

One driver in your area found a decent job on Craigslist driving for an owner-operator that pulls for Schuster.

Answer the question about DUI ; have you been convicted, the answer is "no". Then explain you were charged, but found not guilty. KLLM probably shafted your DAC report.

    Dna Mach Thanks this.

I work for a company that takes things like that on a case by case basis. They still want a decent driving record and good work history, but are willing to give guys they deem "good guys who made a mistake they learned from" a shot. Since you where not convicted, they'd probably have no problems with you based just on that. But the living in south Texas thing....that's an issue.

I think you have a lawsuit against KLLM. And there are much better companies to work for then megas. You need to think about your DAC being more tarnished then was KLLM has just done.

And as for the post mentioned above. GET IT EXPUNGED. It's a cheap process in utah anyways. And can be done by yourself. In utah anyways. NO LAWYER is needed in utah. It's less then $100. But should you decide to hire a lawyer. I"m willing to bet the fee could be upwards of 1 grande. And he may not get the job done.
