Gotta love these dealerships, they could care less about a driver.

The dealer's only care bout the drivers that are actually waiting there.. If you leave and go home your truck gets put on the shelf. Happened to me last month but I went in and acted like an ####### and miraculously my truck was done next morning smh

Was over at the J in Mt Airy last night. No cell service there whatsoever. Bounced around Charlotte and hanging out at the Loves just before fancy gap. Waiting for the whatever accident up there to clear up. Then off to somewhere in Ohio

Screw that place. Last time I was there I limped in with a blown heater hose. Just as I finished dropping my trailer as instructed by the mechanic, the waste of life they use as a parking lot monitor flew up in his pickup at at least 30 mph and almost smacked into my bumper. He comes screaming and waving his arms saying no dropped trailers. I explained exactly why I was dropping my trailer. Then he got on my ### about leaking "oil" on "his" parking lot. The tool even followed me over to the shop to make sure I wasn't lying. Half of the negative reviews on Trucker Path are about this idiot.

They sell a a grossly overpriced excuse for southern bbq too. Yeaa, I know, it's a truck stop what do you expect? But the way two drivers were describing the food, I thought for sure that it would be the meal to end all meals. It turned out to be mediocre at best IMO and I'm from freaking NJ. Well there's my review/rant. Not that you asked for it.

Yeah that place sucks. Went to scale once, pulled around and went inside (the shop is where you get your scale ticket). Handed the guy my fuel card, he says in his full-blown accent "You have to go inside for that bull****!" So had to walk to the store and do the whole nine yards then go back.

So glad we have the Cat Scale app now...oh wait you wouldn't be able to use it at that place, since it's not a cat scale

So true. I hung out outside the shop for a few hours waiting and met several disgruntled scale customers. The place is just backwards.
