Look for line haul jobs, such as with Old Dominion or Reddaway.
Old Dominion hires fresh cdl grads and sometimes Reddaway does.

 

Where do you currently work? Is it really that bad? 3 months is not very long at all, at 6 months some better jobs may be available. Just wait it out. A year of experience is what you really need. You most likely will get into a slightly better job with a different crap company with only 3 months. That's basically you finishing training and asking for a gravy job. No one can even trust you are willing to take a risk except the most desperate of companies.
