Yeah but the one thing you won't be here at Trimac is local if you are on the Elite Team. As for the local making 90k, I'm sure there are a few but not many. If they do they are working 6 days a week at least. To me that life is worse than OTR by a mile. I know someone will claim they know a driver that works 8 to 4 Monday through Friday and makes 90k. Before you say it though give me a chance to put my tall boots on......might need some waders too.

 

Isn't 90k in Monterey like 30k in the normal parts of the country?

 

How much do you currently make at the LTL company you're with? If it's at least $60k a year it would be a no brainer to stay there, at least to me. Don't believe these recruitment ads the megas put out. They stretch the truth by a large margin.
