Roflmao chewy ... seriously as a company driver on milage I wouldn't be to happy about it !
The people are nice and don't screw around but it isn't for anyone with a weak tummy and if I didn't have a side kit to put up I'd probably say no .
I load hides at Omaha , Kansas city , kuna ID , Hastings ne and scottsbluff ne .
It isn't for everyone for sure ! And after you load at kuna it'd straight to the Boise stage stop for a shower cause the smell there sticks to ya .
Blood , gore and flys abound .
Just like a cow hauler I keep rubber boots in my trailer box .
Rendering plants such as kuna are the worst with Omaha being the best with fresh hides .
Pull my side kit down and im back to bein a regular flatbed again .
Somtimes it's not pleasant but I got bills to pay.MJ1657, passingthru69, Chewy352 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Could be worse. You could pull a dump trailer for Valley Proteins.
-
I'll pass on both. Get me some stinkin onions.
-
Blood and and cow shat will always pay better than petunias .lol

I beleive hauling bees is another one for the money.

I believe I'll just try to stick with wheeled equipment, machinery and chemicals. Rarely tarped and always odor free.
spyder7723, bzinger and Lepton1 Thank this. -
I knew guys that pulled rendering wagons into Hygrade ("The Aroma of Tacoma"), definitely need a stout constitution to do that work. That place was gross. Ball Park Franks never appealed to me after I found out they were made there.
Lepton1 Thanks this. -
The "Aroma of Tacoma"! Boy does that bring back memories. I grew up in Federal Way. On summer days when the wind was right the smell was overpowering even 15 miles downwind. The neighborhood kids made a poem:
Stinkle stinkle little city,
What a shame,
What a pity,
You can tell by the aroma,
That you're in or near Tacoma.rank, passingthru69, cnsper and 5 others Thank this.
