Schneider Bulk

I rarely had less than 2,000 a week but I complain as soon as I see a problem. You have to have a load by Friday at Schneider or you get stuck all weekend. I would literally call every 10 minutes till I received a load and I am not kidding about that. That is the part that sucks about Schneider. I made decent money there but man I had to fight and after a while that gets old.

Here at Trimac I have one dispatcher who is responsible for a driver board and that system works so much better for us drivers.

 

By the way, unless it's changed there really is no reason to go regional. Schneider regional means you have to be no more than 3 or maybe it was four days from home. Well, from Reserve, there aren't many places you can go and not be with 3 days from home.

You can go home every two weeks OTR and you get a better CPM. I never could figure out why people chose Regional but that was over 2 years ago so things might have changed.
