check the wiring at the switch.... needs to have power when the key is ON

Check your solenoid under the chassis probably burned out that's y it's not dumping volvo runs electrical solenoids with switches to dump suspension and lock diffs also for fans and air horns usually located right behind transmission depends on the year of the the truck

I have a 2006 vnl770. Would that have to do anything with my fifth wheel not moving either?

A 2006 is a VNL780 Model, the VNL770 was produced from 1998-2003.

Check your fuse Panel For Chassis solinoid fuse it should be 10 amps

Where is that fuse located?

check the bottom of fuse panel cover is should say chassis solenoid i do not know the exact number from top of my head around f50's or f60's row

Ok thanks. By any chance do you happen to have a picture of the solenoid you told me to check. I tried calling the dealer and they telling me Volvo doesn't use one.
