    A guy that used to drive for us had the same thing happen to him on I-40 in OKC. We haul pneumatic trailers loaded with sand. It tore the valve off the center hopper. Lost that load of sand right there in the middle of I-40.

    Guy in the car was so stoned he didn't know what happened. I don't know what happened that caused the duals to not run over him.

    It happened a mile in front of me, based on the scrub lines, the tank was in the center lane, the silver was in the hammer. Either the tank bumped and he pitted into the tandems, or the silver merged into the tandems and twisted sideways.
