No,,in june a court ruling stated CARB violated procedures by granting extensions to small fleets and low use exemptions and by extending compliance dates for second and third trucks,,,search Lawson Rock and Oil vs CARB,,you will find it

Well here's the Scoop I live in SoCal these want to be carb police have done 0 as far as real enforcement so there is no such thing as a truck shortage nothing but scare tactics no real laws or vehicle codes to even enforce fines thanks to these lies they've been feeding us for about 9 years and still no real enforcement people are buying up old trucks left and right and working them next to all of the guys who believed all the hype and they paid 150 to 250 for a new unit that's in thousand people do you know how many years you need to work that truck before it makes a single penny in profit? If you can't do the math please stay the f out of our business

 

As for me and my house we're going to do what's right as Americans and keep on working and paying taxes with our quote-unquote old trucks

 

By the way don't you think if they could write all of these tickets and fines that they would be you know they're just like cops and they need to create Revenue I find it kind of weird I go all over California interstate highways streets still no carb enforcement all of the old-timers packed up and left and now all the newbies who think making drivers wages as an owner operator is great business sense are foreigners who believe that making pennies per minute is a fantastic idea because you get air conditioning and you get to watch YouTube while you're driving around at 75 and your Volvo or across 3 Lanes going 48 miles an hour all trying to not pass each other is about all we got left on the roads these days

 

Oh yeah and you can also buy a vehicle that runs brand new for $15,000 and they want to sell a catalytic converter to us for fifteen Grand WTF remember this California all Hogs go to slaughter you got too greedy now you can go ahead and suck it
