    Two hours waiting at the receiver for an unload (2 rigs ahead of me and one has been in the dock all this time). It is now 1600 and I'm doomed; will have to deal with Atlanta rush hour traffic. I've got 5 hours left to drive and a 300 mile deadhead that's supposed pick up tonight (not happening). Crit load, two stops, first due Friday 0900, 680 miles loaded.

    biorhythm is at risk when a big change in work hours happens suddenly leading to less restful sleep or for you simple minded newbies many of us old guys get into a groove ending our day within a 2 hour window then when called upon to change that for whatever favor dispatch needs most often leads to a few days of grumpy disposition a few days of return to normal biorhythm and puppydogs and rainbows will return
