It's the new mentality, every person under the age of 30 that I hire is under the false impression that every thought they have has to be conveyed to someone else! You watch it go straight from their brain to their thumbs or their lips. They can't just sit with the thought. Add to that that they don't feel whole unless they have 1000 followers on Facebook or Twitter. When did it stop being good enough to just be yourself? I have just enough friends to carry my casket. That's all I need, that's all I want, and each and everyone of them has broken bread in my house.

Live and learn pal.If safety isn't that important to you then get out of the industry. You make all truck drivers look bad by posting your stuff online.Just gives FMSCA more ammunition to work with.Don't think for a second they don't go to YouTube. If swift won't hire you be prepared for a long dark road till someone does give you a chance.

Swift did this to a guy who Vlog. They said if he gets into an accident. They could use his videos against them.

    Want a job? LOL
Before this gets out of hand, I don't hire or need drivers. It was a joke!
I do need strong hard working, non cell phone addicted, well spoken men, with integrity, willing to collect experience and scars who can pass a drug test, show up everyday, listen more than they talk, etc, etc etc. I'm a demanding BAS**RD!

1951 ford, scottlav46 and pattyj Thank this.

If I weren't already gainfully employed by an employer that demands just as much and recognizes and rewards my hard work (and also be in the same region as you :p) I'd gladly work for you.

I do like using my cell, just not while on the job... unless it's for the job of course. ;)

Well... maybe to take some nice pictures of the truck every once in a while. >_>

Sounds like you were raised, not released into the wild!
