I worked for an older family owned hotel since around 2003 doing maintenance and the front desk clerk but i was paid cash.I also did my own side work handyman and electrical work but again paid cash. Do they simply call or do i need pay stubs or something? I hope they just call the previous employer or else i'm screwed.

Well...they can get a printout from Social Security office,showing all unemployment,and unemployment for your whole life,doubt they would though.
