    Greetings everyone,

So once again I find myself in that time of year where I finished my contract job and not able to find anything else I'm thinking of moving to the US and get CDL training and got a few questions.

    1. Are there any companies near Fort Worth Texas offering paid CDL training & relocation.
    2. Once I get my truck will I be able to live in it until I get settle I mean like if I get a weekend off sleep in it and have my stuff in it.
    3. How much will I be able to make on my first years realistically.

    Thanks in advance.

Go to any OTR company and you can practically live in the truck year round. I don't think you will enjoy it though.

Relocation, probably not. CDL training; plenty of that for people living in Ft. Worth.
FFE (Frozen Food Express) has cdl training.
Millis Transfer near Ft. Worth - $500.00 up front.

Yeah, I've never heard of a trucking company paying for relocation.

US Express advertises it on Craigslist trying to get drivers in those accounts no one wants. No one has ever posted that US Express actually followed through.

US xpress paid a driver 10k from what I heard. Wasn't me so can't confirm but a driver did say that.

Sign on bonuses are only for experienced drivers, but there are a ton of options in Fort Worth! If you're looking for schooling check out Craigslist, but I'll 2nd @Chinatown about Millis. I've met a few of their drivers locally, and they were happy with the Alvarado school.(15min south of Fort Worth). Once your settled in, MBM has a massive warehouse in Fort Worth-Day one benefits, home a few night per week, 48hrs off per week, and over 60k gross your 1st year. A lot of the big companies have terminals in the Metro area, and the cost of living here is fairly cheap compared to the wages.
