My boss week before last was in Douglassville helping out the chains.

Boston is the same way. Aberdeen was alright though.

 

We got a voicemail asking for volunteers to go to Atlanta, Pottsville, Aberdeen. I wanna go but can't right now.

 

As for the MO stops for GFS, in KC we did culvers, bob Evans, backyard burgers, J Alexander and a bunch of health cares. In know they run a lot out of St Louis and out of Ohio for the rest of the state.

 

Were pretty much done sending people away right now where we are, I was in Imperial a couple weeks ago, but that was a little different because Imperial is our home warehouse in fact that's where the truck in my avatar was photographed.

 

Alright kids, I am on vacation all week this week tomorrow taking my truck to Maaco to get the roof painted. Went out house shopping this Sunday which I pretty much do every Sunday. Saw some house I was almost ready to buy, the old man though looked at it and said no no no no good so that was the end of that, which is fine not in a big hurry to spend a bunch of cash and get my self into a money pit anyhow so no rush.

That's about it not much more to say hope you all have a good week at work this week.

Thanks I will. I didn't even know I was on vacation this week, but so far it's started off with a bang. Had some smoked meat today and looked at a couple houses, every Sunday I seem to do some kind of house shopping almost found a keeper today, but my dad didn't like the house and his reasons made sense, I'm in no real hurry though.

 

Yea I'm thinking about buying a rental the housing market is so cheap down here you can really get a bang for your buck but my wife isn't down so we might settle on storage buildings later down the road bitter sweet I see houses going for 40 and 50k that I know I could rent for 550 600 a month

 

I called the bank today to get "pre qualified" for a mortgage the thing is I have no credit, but that's okay because there are loans I guess that will take alternate forms of credit. Really I want to see how much money they will loan me which what ever they say I am approved for is probably way more then I will want to spend or realistically need to spend my absolute ceiling is like $219,000 and I'm going to go for less then that.

I'm in no real hurry to buy anyhow and I'm not buying anything this year and it'll probably take 6-9 months next year before really closing on something. I've only seen 2 houses out of a good dozen that I have now looked at that I really cared for.

 

Banks will loan you anything if you have a stable work historyou and a good down payment as long as you have a 0 credit score.
