Had a 4 battery bank, upgraded alternator and no... no issues.

Reckon' the caps helped out alot with that.

i can't complain about the stock 4 speakers and radio i had in the last 2 FL's.

Iron Maiden was pretty loud. Scorpions sounded loud too. Even the laptop worked good for movie night. Albeit with a wire instead of bt connection.

I haven't messed with any of the audio equipment in my rig.
But I always overhaul my cars audio system.

I'm pretty much a Pioneer fan-boy. Only once have I not run a Pioneer head and speakers.

Here's a list of new 2016-17 Pioneer products... this was released about 3hrs ago.

The navigation jumps the price up quite a bit. It's a nice feature to have but not really necessary consider the phone is free. If your going to throw that kind of money in to a radio though. I'd go the extra $100 and install a backup camera for the radio. They've got some that mount on to the license plate. Just take the 2 screws out. And put back in with the camera bracket in place.

In getting my alternator rebuilt tomorrow with audio in mind. Eventually a double din & 2 mb quart amps. 1 4 channel and 1 monoblock and maybe a bass controller/signal processor. Ive got 100 watt booster on my cb. Question can a170 to 200 amp keep up my 4 bank batts and how do you feel about running both amps in 2 ohm mode for over the road use?

I used my home speakers in the truck and enjoyed the huge upgrade in sound. Ran just fine with a 12v inverter.
