I also recommend giving an app to Jim Palmer. Given your location, they will probably hand it off to Wil-Tran which is another company in their umbrella. They pay more than all of the starter companies I have researched and the equipment is new. But far more important than that, every time I have had a question, I can instantly get the recruiter on the phone. Not a company phone either. His private cell phone. In terms of who will be receptive to your desires for home time and honestly answer your questions(when you have them, they don't have to get back to you or make you wait a few days or hours for an answer...) they would be my very first choice. I can't say enough good things about how comfortable they will make you in the recruiting process. That's pretty #### important to me, because this is a major life change for myself and my family.
Definitely give them a call before you hit up the major carriers. Nothing to lose but a phone call.
