Need Advice on getting CDL

My dream job is to become a truck driver, its what ive always wanted to do but i am stuck in a hole i cant seem to get myself out of it, recently i got hurt at work and tore my ACL and im out of work for 6 months i am homeless due to the fact that i am on disability and only getting paid for 65% of my pay wich is 120$ ( its low cause of child support), in the meantime i want to get my CDL but i have no money, and bad credit so there is no way of getting a loan. I am in desperate need of help and want to get my life on track but every time i get things going i take a step forward and 2 steps back.. i am from minnesota and the schooling is 5.3k does anyone know of anyone who i can talk to to get this going? I have 3 domestics and some DAR and DAS, ( Driving After Revocation and Driving After Suspension ) ALL of those are about to be paid off besides the domestics would this cause me not to get my CDL?
