Don't know what state you are based in, but it is against the law in almost every state to charge the company driver for the cost of doing business. They cannot hold any portion of your check, and if you have copies of these, they must correct the mistake within 10 days.
If they fail to correct the mistake, you can either sue them, which could take a while, or file a formal complaint with the state labor board, which tends to get faster results.
Labor boards have a real problem with companies holding employee money.

 

Don't they haul loaded trailers as well?
Are they worth going to?

 

I've heard other drivers say it's a good outfit. Haven't heard anything about them hauling loaded trailers.

Ive been with celadon for 6 years. Much more to this than what you are saying. I have ALWaYS been paid what is owed to me.. Contact your DM and have them fix the problem. Its that simple

 

Ive been with Celadon for 8 years! Alot of bad info in this thread about them.. They do fix payroll problems.. They do reimburse if you scan in the lumper receipt and get it approved BEFORE you hire..they do pay for scale tickets..you just have to get a reimbursement authorization.. Im not sure what this posters problem is, but im sure its because she didnt follow procedure or submit the proper receipts..
