Quest for teams depending on where you live. They want established team drivers

Ok where you from? I don't see it in your profile. And what ce are you talking about? The only ce I'm aware of is continental express. Its a reefer company based out of Sidney ohio with a few terminals I Texas and i believe north Carolina. They love teams, and I'm toms that teams can do very well there

Have you communicated with current drivers at the company you are considering? A lot of info on the internet is from drivers that worked at the company years ago or knew someone who worked there or heard a rumor but want to give that rumor credibility so they claim it was them or their very best friend that never told a lie giving the info. Talk to current drivers and find out what they are doing. Don't lead them toward one thing or another, just find out what did you do last week, month. What things do you like, dislike. Where do they live, compared to where you live. How is their pay, problems, hometime? Then decide if that was happening to you would you accept it. Picking a company is more about the driver/company fit. If it works for you, great. It doesn't matter if some retired union driver from NYC wouldn't get out of bed for twice that pay.

I am from Cali, currently living in Dallas. And yes, that's the company I am speaking on.

Well they are based out of my home town. My used to drive there as well as a friend. Both were solo drivers but neither like it as they said they weren't able top run well. But there was a drive on here that was active up to about spring of this year who left ce and went elsewhere but went back because he his change didn't pan out. He says him and his wife team and do well

Well I guess the only real way to find out is to be adventuresome, I'm just overly cautious about who I go to with my cdl.

Guess I just need to pull my britches up and take this leap without looking. I'm just trying to be careful about who I deal with when it comes to my cdl.

Get a year exp in maybe even 2, then look at other places that are better paying that run teams
