Regarding the POTUS conversation, I've said it before and I'll say it again:

In the whole grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter who is President. If you really want direct change that affects your daily life, please get to know your STATE Senators and Reps (not the ones that go to DC), get to know the Governor, State and Local judges, commissioners, District Attorneys and Sheriff. Vote quality people into those positions! The problems that come up in the POTUS elections are really issues that need to be addressed starting with local government. POTUS can't do anything about Small Town USA, and quite frankly even if they could, they wouldn't because its not their job and they DGAF.

 

And yet those same unwashed masses have no problem with the fatcats raising the Corporate Tax which they don't realize they are paying for in the costs to buy their beer and buttwipes...
