    I'm starting to believe that's why the 4 cent difference was laid on the table to us, because as we were told there would be more miles since we are a team that wants to run hard.

    Yeah my co driver went to kllm/ffe I tried applying there first, but was turned down because I had received a termination from my previous employer over safety. It wasnt dot regulated, but ffe doesn't play around, so I know they are strict

    Yea they don't We had a hall of fame driver pause at a rail crossing in sand no where Arizona one summer. All alone except the wind.

    The following morning, the Dallas paper ran a full page of his Pete cut off at the firewall by the train. They rejoiced in it. ugh.

    You just saved me several minutes of typing. You hit the nail squarely on the head. Company Terminals, Truck Stop's and even trucker forums have one thing in common. That is drivers are not driving ergo their not making any money. Complaining can become infectious with drivers thinking the grass is greener with another company. Stay in this business long enough you will find for the most part this is a MYTH! Also to the OP and anybody else that is interested. You can ask 10 truckers what is the best way to get from Atlanta Georgia to Charlotte North Carolina. You will get 10 different answers and all 10 will argue about it.

    But as of now they all require a solid year of experience.
