Okay, so after speaking with the recruiter of at CE I'm feeling a bit skeptical due to several discrepancies in the stories I have been told by recruiting and it doesn't make sense to me. The day I filled out the application with my intrusted partner, we were told we would be brought in as a otr team at the rate of 50¢pm. And during the interview, we had another gentleman approach us with the terms of becoming a dedicated team with a set route of towo, to three trips a week at 46¢ pm with an average of 6k miles a week and detention pay being set at $15.00 bucks an hour, with $100 bucks a day for layover. Today I called to have those same facts ran by me again so I could make a full decision and low and behold the facts changed. I was told about an hour ago, that the dedicated teams are all being run in more miles and a four cent difference because the company pays more that way because of how they bill the customers.
Next I was told that my partner and I would be brought in as a experienced team, but during the initial interview, our four cent difference was because our truck would have to be considered training. Also was told that our detention pay was going to be $13.00 instead of $15.00.
This company is low balling us...
A newbie with no direction.

Have them put it in writing and both of you sign it.

I see them being pulled, is it really that easy compared to a '53 foot trailer?
