The biggest issue is the logistics providers that administer vehicle movement for the manufacturers these days...UPS Autogistics et al. No more dealing with Ford people, Chrysler people, etc.

At least at Ford, the bids are handled by Ford people. Everything after that is UPSA, except claims and billing.

I hear ya. I watch these carriers fail time and time again and keep getting awarded contracts. In my opinion, I just think there is just so many few carriers with volume of trucks and insurance that are willing to deal with new cars. By the way, anyone know who handles MBZ in Texas? I know the stuff out of Vance is trucked direct but don't know about the rest of the stuff

Richie hauls the MB to TX from Brunswick. H&A is hauling the MB from Vance over to TX.
USAL and CAR are the two big ones in TX.
