    Hm. Weird. My 350 doesn't have any issues that are described here. I also have a Bluetooth dongle for aux input and the phone will connect to both the dongle and remember to play audio through the dongle while voice is received through headset.

    Might be time for a headset upgrade?

    I use a cheap wired headset that I got at Best Buy for about $15, definitely would rather have a good Bluetooth, and no cord. But it works well and I can listen to music, or podcasts when not on a phone call. No charging the battery either.

    And it worked like it's supposed to today. Push the answer/power button, and it would go back to blue in a few seconds.

    My blue parrot still has a tough time connecting.
    I hate to get a new headset but then I would really hate getting caught holding the phone up
