I've heard good things about TMC. The only complaint I've really heard about them I thought was ridiculous from the drivers perspective but understandable from company side. It is mandatory you keep your truck clean. Inside and out but more importantly out. If you aren't meticulous don't go there. I work with Schneider. I hate my truck being dirty. Inside or out. Outside is an issue especially in the Midwest. I can go through the truck wash today and it doesn't look like I did in a month. Then Texas and the moths or butterflies happened. I put down carpet in my truck because I was getting ticked at the dirt in my bed every night. I also got a vacuum. Every live load it comes out and gets used. But Schneider isn't that picky. I don't think they really care.

My truck gets washed at Ryder every week, I've got a cordless vacuum for the floor/mattress, whisk broom, dustpan, Lysol wipes, glass cleaner, squeegee, and paper towels. I also use the little tree air fresheners, too. I hate a nasty truck.

Dryer sheets are cheaper and smell better in my opinion than air fresheners. You can get a ton on them for your buck too. I love clorox wipes. Great for so many things. Must have!!!

Oh I should also mention the carpet was bought at a carpet store. 2 6x9 pieces for under $20 bucks. Only downfall was they didn't have black or a darker color. Only a month in and I've got a grease smudge in a spot. Happens....

You want out of the Northeast? Does this mean you would like coast to coast runs?
    Britton Transport - flatbed/dry van/refrigerated
Schuster - nations largest ice cream hauler
Abilene Motor Express - dry van & refrigerated
    Freymiller - refrigerated

All the above hire new cdl grads. If any website has "experience required" then the website isn't up to date.

I actually don't like the smell of dryer sheets. The air freshener I use smells like cologne....

Smells like cologne? Like that one night stand you had with Francisco from baton rouge?

Sorry, I have no idea where that came from.

    BUT!

Maybe it'll go somewhere by morning. Sleep time.

i like this about them. It's a good screening tool.

Problem is though, they apparently want top grade drivers and don't want to pay a top grade wage.
