Just to be clear. If all you do is things like in cab scan or mess around with facebook or TTR you really don't need a VPN.

Depends on one's habits. A person that uses the same password for everything is extremely vulnerable. They don't need you to login to a bank account. Just login to anything and if you use the same password for everything, you're putting yourself in danger.

Keep in mind this is about being on public wifi networks.

I only access my bank and emails when using my phones data. I only surf or download movies on public wifi.

Password security is a whole other thing. I ran across a guy that used the word password as his password on most of his websites. My TTR forum password for a long time was an old truck number of mine. I never used that password for banking or my admin password on the websites I help run. I use a 24 place password using a lot of ,,,and $#@ on my wifi router. I also have custom made code in the router that places the number of connections on my toolbar. If someone were to crack my password with reaver or something like it they will be surprised how fast I shut it down.

Besides my Gmail and Wifi, I don't even know my passwords. They are all randomly generated 24 characters. I save them in a text document on a USB drive attached to my key chain. It's encrypted with a password I actually know.

I am very lax on my passwords, but with so many of them it's hard to remember more complex ones.

Not T-Mobile, I routinely use 50 +gigs. T-Mobile and Sprint are truly unlimited.

May want to double check Sprint. They're the ones that told me about the throttling back of data. Now if you have an older plan, it prob won't affect your data usage

My mistake, I broke my own rule about commenting on things I don't know. I have never had Sprint. But I do know for a fact that T-Mobile is truly unlimited.

In the small text on their website when shopping plans.

"On all plans, during congestion the top 3% of data users (>26GB/mo.) may notice reduced speeds until next bill cycle. Video typically streams on smartphone/tablet at DVD quality (480p). Tethering at Max 3G speeds."
