You all worry too much about DAC. Unless your company puts it on there it will not show up. It is not a moving violation so it will not show up on your MVR. I had one and it is not there. You all also worry too much about overweight tickets. It's not that big of a deal.
HotH2o, Rugerfan, wore out and 1 other person Thank this. -
You gotta worry. Its kind of my career

Users here can be more helpful when you post all the information the first time as a suggestion. The way you posted you were worried about your DAC. But, now show you did request it. Have you requested a copy of your MVR?
Waiting 6 months to pay an overweight ticket is just asking your state DMV to suspend your license. Did you weight your load and if so do you have your Cat ticket?
I had a load showing 5k over on my drives. I had a Cat scale ticket showing it was legal the day before. I had to hard brake once in TN coming out of KY. Got a ticket.
When we opened the doors, the paper rolls had shifted. I took pictures. The warehouse used incorrect straps and no slipsheets under the paper rolls. Because I had the CAT scale ticket the company paid the ticket since it was the warehouse's fault. The company I drove for owned the warehouse.
I still checked 2 months later to verify if the ticket had been paid and got a copy.x1Heavy Thanks this. -
The reason the MVR was brought up was the OP waited about 6 months to pay it. They will suspend your license for unpaid overweight tickets.x1Heavy Thanks this.

It was actually closer to five months and you have up until your court date to pay the ticket. But as ive said before if you bothered to read my posts. I asked about faxing a copy over to your company. Ive requested my dac and mvr. Did it this morning. I know i had nothing on it before because i was just hired at a new company last week and they checked all that information.
