Sounds about par for the course. I already had the book, but when I withdrew I was told $65/mo for dues, and I'd stay on as active. I had only one situation where I needed it, delivering sheetrock to a Brooklyn jobsite, so it wasn't worth it for me to maintain at that point.

I've spent my entire life in trucking, past 42 years as a leased O/O with my own truck and trailer.Been on both sides of the fence, regulated and deregulated.Know what worked for me,that's why I'm comfortably retired.Made money when it was there to be made, and put some away.Never was the type to lease to someone, and drag their dispatched van around for .80 a mile.Just looked and listened to who was making real money, and always have a niche,or do something specialized, worked for me.Ruthless, passingthru69, old time and 2 others Thank this.
