Not much im not happy at all. One of the worst companies think im gonna go independent i cant even afford to waist another month with these people. Fees are tooo high ,plates, ins, pegasus scanning, equiptment, trailor, and a whole lot more adds up so hi and when you factor in the fuel for a week then they take 25%JimmyWells and Rusty Trawler Thank this.
-
Care to elaborate on the fees? I know the trailer rental is $200 a week now but I think it can be converted to a lease. Base plates are expensive, period. Even if you buy your own.

To buy my own plates was $1500 crst is 2k im an o/o. Ok im being charged for Pegasus scanning(varries on lease) a persormance bond $25week till ive paid 2k, my 2290 is $21 a week till it hit $550,none trucking liability $30 a week for 1M, sercurement equiptment $50 a week, inspection $25 a week till ive paid $75,lics and permits $60 a week , trailor rent $185 a week, occupational accident$48.75,occupational accident dep$195,and I had a repair they fixed for me $250 a week.. I called Forward Air the recruiter laughed at all the fees im being charged and sent me the rate sheet wich includes only $300 worth of fees total and no charge for trailor but with all these fees and my fuel its killing me. Im gonna pay off their repair bill and aply for my authority and buy a trailor it should work out better for me by the way i typed those fees from my contract of what im being charged for

Im new to the o/o thing so im learning

Thanks. Good luck with Forward Air. Be prepared for around $1000 a month for GL insurance if you get your own authority.
