Guy doesn't have a conscious. You can't have any feeling in any part of your heart to even consider something like that. Death in any quick form isn't enough make that mother ####er beg to die for a year give him just enough food and water to keep him alive and conscious of the pain

He won't get the death penalty imo, life in prison, but they will have a hard time proving that he had intent to kill the child. Agree with the above posters though, his fellow inmates will kill him as soon as a guard isn't looking.

I'd agree, maybe not because the intent couldn't be proven - I don't think he'll find a 'fair' juror in West Virginia, which could likely hurt the case.
And also, the death sentence would have to be federally imposed because WV abolished it in 1965. Their last recorded execution was 6 years prior to that. -

I say we send him to CRST to team with Fat Bubba for a year. Then after that sentencing phase, send him to Prime and make him solo there in the mini-trucks doing nothing but Walmart grocery DC chilled deliveries for a year, using Walmart unloading services.
