Thanks for the good info! I have a friend who's been driving for 40+ years and is now facing the need to take insulin for low blood sugar. Perhaps he too will be able to qualify for the waiver, as it sounds like he's not ready to quit driving yet.

oh im still around. im not currently driving commercially. We have a truck for our farm so i still get a fair bit of driving in. Next year sometime we might start hauling ag exempt stuff local since we have the truck and all anyway...

I'm from Tennessee and complained a lot as I got older. I hate cold weather and tornadoes, so I moved to the desert in Nevada; 10 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip.
