Doesn't sound like snake oil. The audio is so good, the guy making the video is jealous and keeps keying up. What are the odds of mark and one of his customers being recorded simultaneously accidentally? Hearing both of these guys in my receive almost everyday was pretty typical when I was running Coast to Coast.

 

Sounds and looks to me the cobra "IS" talkin to mark not someone keyin up on him..Even says in the vid he is maken a vid..

 

I guess I didn't have my volume cranked up high enough to hear the guy making the video I thought he was being a dick

The faceplate on my 29 LX doesn't light up. Was that a mod or do some of them do that? (Not the main display, but the text for the knobs.)

 

I was 50 miles south of Scranton on Friday running down i81 and heard him like when we were talking to each other at the pilot in las cruces... he was talking on the 955 xxx

 

I thought i caught him when i was still in newsbrunswick canada..It was only for a few seconds..
